OUR INSPECTION SERVICES

DRAUGHT SURVEY

To avoid our clients any shortage with their cargo, TIC have qualified draught surveyor to determine the weight of bulk cargo such as iron ore, coal, steel scrap, grain and some specific quantities of liquid cargo loaded onto, or discharged from, a vessel. and we are ready to deliver a detailed report.nters.

CARGO
HOLDS INSPECTION

TIC ensure that vessel holds are ready to receive your valuable cargo by inspecting and verifying the load compartment prior to loading. We will check if the hold is dry, clean, free from rust or rust flakes, paint and bilges are sucked and clean that could harm or discolour your cargo.

HATCH COVER WATER-TIGHT TEST

TIC ensure that the hatch-covers can prevent the contact of cargo with outer atmosphere i.e., air, moisture, weather and water and to avoid cargo from getting wet, and not allowing any ingress of water inside the cargo holds at all sea going conditions.

TALLYING SERVICE

Tallying Services are importance key to verifying cargo quantity and weight as well loss prevention and indemnity for shortage of cargo. By count cargo pieces such as bagged cargo, frozen cargoes, steel products, upon loading or unloading ship’s holds, rail wagons or trucks, container’s stuffing, and at the time of damage or loss. Tallying Reports immediately sent in results and photos by daily and finally.

CARGO SAMPLING

TIC surveyors with long experience perform sampling according to international standards (GAFTA, FOSFA, SAL, RSA, etc.), contractual agreements or clients’ requests, for obtaining representative samples of various commodities or products.

ULLAGE SURVEY

Ullage survey technique is used to   determine the amount of liquid cargo either on tanker ships or shore tanks loaded/discharged, such as crude oil, petroleum products, chemicals, molasses, sunflower oil, UAN, methanol, ethanol, and etc. TIC marine surveyors can collect representative samples

ON / OFF-HIRE
BUNKER SURVEY

Tic marine surveyors conduct Bunker Survey to ascertain the ship’s fuel total quantity on board, also to state the amount of bunker at delivery or re-delivery time and location.  To avoid clients any shortage in bunker TIC also supervises bunker supply confirming fuel delivery or reporting shortage. Assisting vessel’s command in issuing Letter of Protest. as a prompt action in case of fuel shortage or disputes

ON / OFF-HIRE CONDITION SURVEY

TIC expert’s eyes check the overall condition of the vessel at the beginning/end of the chartering in order to identify any damage present prior to the vessel going on/off hire, or to determine if new damage have occurred to the vessel during cargo operations and/or stevedore’s damage.
